Syed Sabahat Kazi
Founder & CEO, Xeronity · Founder, Nouveau Equation
Sabahat has 30 years of experience in enterprise software, 19 of them as an entrepreneur. He began on the customer side as a management trainee at Ispat Industries, where he got his first practical exposure to business applications, then moved into IT consulting and spent the next three decades implementing, building and scaling SAP businesses.
He co-founded Intellect in 2007 and grew it into a 600+ person, award-winning SAP partner, recognised as a top mid-market SAP services provider, with more than 80 S/4HANA implementations. In 2015 he sold part of his stake to Nihilent, then a subsidiary of NTT Japan, and stayed on as CEO and as President, Intelligent Enterprise.
He has contributed to SAP Best Practices development at SAP Labs, Shanghai, and is a member of the SAP Global Partner Advisory Council. Today he runs two ventures: Nouveau Equation, an SAP services company, and Xeronity, a SaaS product startup.

Engineering & MBA
Schooling at Bishop Cotton, Electronics Engineering from RCOEM, MBA from the Department of Business Management, where he helped run the student body's events and seminars.
- 1990s
Ispat Industries
Selected on campus as a Management Trainee in Marketing; rose to Junior Manager and saw first-hand how IT shapes a business.
- CVSIT
Consulting & the boardroom
Helped grow a small Navi Mumbai IT firm from a handful of people to 450. Worked on SAP Best Practices at SAP Labs, Shanghai. Became an Executive Board member and SVP, Solutions & Support.
- 2007
Intellect founded
Started Intellect Consulting Group with two colleagues to serve enterprises' ERP needs; became Intellect Bizware Pvt. Ltd. in 2010 and grew past 600 people.
- 2015
Nihilent
Sold part of his stake to Nihilent (then part of NTT, Japan); continued as CEO and President, Intelligent Enterprise.
